1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stagio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Stagio is an AI-powered virtual staging service for real estate photography. We generate AI versions of room photos with virtual furniture and decor for marketing purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Stagio only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload photos you do not own or have rights to use
  • Use generated images to misrepresent property conditions
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
  • Share your account credentials with others

4. Generated Images

AI-generated staging images are for marketing and visualization purposes only. They do not represent the actual condition of the property and must be clearly labeled as virtual staging in any real estate listings.

5. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits expire at the end of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused credits. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stagio is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stagio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes.
